Ok I was misinformed. Aerosmith is in the house

Kind of loud for Aerosmith standards

Beer prices seem up. They have really yummy nachos with beef!

Manute Bol also here

looks more like Gheorghe Mureșan

Forgot that I wanted to check thisk out, based on this comment alone…

And man did it deliver
Just keep repeating that phrase in your head while watching and you won’t stop laughing

And go the distance, it unbelievably gets better (but obviously only a small increment)

When I Was Born For The 7th Time - Cornershop

How's the Jokerman?  Had to rewatch the 1984 Letterman version- still delivers!

Picked up the Blind Willie 7 inch recently with Mick Taylor and his slide on one side and Knopfler on the other.  Good stuff, especially the Mick
Since I am LGBTQIA+, I pay attention to drag queens who do music; more importantly the ones who do great music.

There is a being named Christeene, and she is incredible.  But she, always is.  Seeing her live, must be like a gang bang Dante's Inferno.  Listen, and atleast give a bitch a chance.
I hear they gone psych

Is it any good?

Fairly standard BtS release of the past 20 years… good, not great… not psych
The Temptations - Psychedelic Shack

Primarily to hear the original version of War.

Went to see the "Ain't Too Proud" the musical about The Temptations while in Detroit, which is of course a great place to see it

Anyways even though not a huge musical fan and a skeptic of those so called Jukebox Musicals (i.e. using already popular as material), but since it's based on the book by Otis Williams the last remaining original Temptation it was actually worth seeing.

Wasn't aware that "War" was originally theirs's, but they decided not to release it a single or promote it, which they sub sequentially did for Edwin Starr's version.  "Ball Of Confusion" was then written as their anti-war anthem.

The Temptations + Norman Whitfield + The Funk Brothers were an absolute force to be reckoned with in the 70s

The group went totally "Behind The Music" in the 80s-90s with a ill fated re-union involving the classic lineup along with Eddie Kendrick and David Ruffin replacements.  And then of course the deaths of Eddie, David, Melvin Franklin…

Finally got to visit the Motown Museum which at this point is just the original Hitsville House and one of the the other houses on that street also used by Motown.  So not a lot to see right now, but wow what a thrill to walk into Studio A where all those hits were recorded..

Pablo - Ital dub
I was surprised to find an original Nara Leao bossa album from 1965 at the record store yesterday and for a reasonable price. $27.

Listening to the steely Dan boot from London 74 again cranked to 11

Damn it’s so good!!! I thought they couldn’t replicate their recorded albums but they could…and the comments are delicious

Just gold

Animals, by Floyd.  For the first time.

Wait. I seem to remember that I heard some version of Les Claypool do the album.
