Yes…of course…and it was The Fall from 1986…

The Replacements- Let it Be

I donated an original LP to the Hall of Records years ago when they opened. It is signed by Tommy with a doodle. I got it signed at a solo Tommy show at Iota. Sometimes I regret donating it…sometimes I think it’s cool.

The other donations I am a bit ambivalent about are a fully signed The Fall - This nation’s saving Grace and an original Minutemen Double nickels (which I have yet to replace and it troubles me a bit..)

We all make choices. Anyways I got a ton of points for those donations (and others) and used them for free tickets so…

Very nice gesture Hutch!

Caught the Minutemen opening for REM at the Mosque in Richmond-1985 Recon Tour.  Incredible show!  May have been my only D. Boon experience….  Did see some great Firehose shows at the old club tho.
A Natural Hutch album

Finally picked this up…really good

my understanding is that they had neither the cerebral development nor the correct vocal chord structure required for talking - so no wonder they sucked at rap, too… maybe they should have stuck to humming, or doing covers of The National.
