Argentine rock!? Dope

Correction: What I was hearing was actually Mexican rock, obviously inspired by the Clash. Maybe some Clash inspired Argentinian rock later in the show.

Oktubre is the second studio album by Argentine rock band Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota, released in 1986. It is the band's last album to feature to Piojo Ávalos, Tito D'Aviero and Willy Crook as band members, who left the band after the tour between late 1986 and early 1987. I think this counts
Los Fabulosos Cadillacs – Revolution rock
this is cool and didn't know that it existed, not as good as the original tho, but still fun

The Clash with Ranking Roger – Rock The Casbah
ROCK THE CASBAH (DEMO)

Hell yeah

There’s even a song from Charly Garcia - to my mind the most important person in Latin rock - where he sings “escuchando al Clash” then you hear “Sandinista!!!” At 1:09 in

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=GGveBoRkb1E

The song is asking the English not to bomb Buenos Aires during the Malvinas War that was happening/ happened in 1982…the year of its release….hilarious

Spraking of junkies, Here's another good one i found. I didn't have any Lemonheads, but i got Evan to sign my Juliana Hatfield tape.

He said,"Yeah, i played on thay, i can sign it." Dated her too, i think.

The only part of , #6 that was not true was the part about tipping the guy with the book. The rest of the story was true.

I actually didn't get a copy at that time. Though ad i said, i later read it (maybe from the library? i own no copies now.)
Every time I see the book I open it to page 1 and read a sentence and am like “is this going to suck?” And put it back
