Adrian Quesada is a genius.
yeah remember seeing he was and still is a member of Brownout… those Black Sabbath cover albums are so good… didn't realize they were still active with their version "Fear Of A Black Planet" called "Fear Of a Brown Planet" and another new album last year called "Berlin Sessions"
whoa Adrian Quesada is also behind The Echocentrics!!! Their Echo Motel record from a few years back was one of my absolute Favs. Also, clearly he and Alex Maas of The Black Angels are good buds as shows up on the Brownout Sabbath albums and on the Echo Motel Record.
the farther I go down this rabbit hole the more I find records that Adrian Quesada is involved that are favorites.. including Ocote Soul Sounds and Elastic Bond - Honey Bun
dude a hard working musical genius

Agreed. Good stuff.
In some thread, I can't remember, maybe this one, too lazy to look on my phone, Yada posted a Ween Spotify link.
After that, I got inspired to just go ahead and listen to every album in order; so far I'm just finishing the mollusk. I always keep forgetting, how many songs on the 1st 3 albums there are, that really cross the line of metaphysical experience through music.
Can't wait, to get to the live album releases.

Walky,
I've received an overwhelming amount of kudos from this community regarding Volume I. Thank you for reminding me that I need to release volume II very shortly.

A++

The autobiography is just fantastic… I have read over 200 pages and am only in 1977….although he jumps around all the time
I should have learned by now never underestimate Elvis… first time I saw him live he opened for Dylan at Merriweather..solo acoustic..I thought it was going to suck…blew me away…so intense
I could deal with an Elvis Costello show right about now
This may be the wrong thread, but someone please quote me.
If and when regular concerts are back at small clubs in the US in 2023, I pledge to go to a show a week to try and hit at least 25% of the volume that challenged goes to. I vow to never be lazy and skip shows that I'm even somewhat interested in.

+1
I hope it happens late this year or 2022
I don’t know that I can make it to 2023!

I wish my job allowed me enough personal time to even consider a show a week.
I expect ticket prices to be higher than they were pre-pandemic. Save your money now, kids.
I desperately want to go to a festival. SXSW or something on the east coast.

If you are into hippie and bluegrass music a festival in New River Gorge West Virginia just got announced for June with a ton of bands that I am sure will be magically delicious.
Magically delicious because of the bands or regardless of the bands?
