I saw them at Jaxx a few years ago (Brandon Cruz on vocals).  They weren't bad at all (for, you know, a nostalgia act).

i refuse to see them.  they are not the dead kennedys without jello.

lol @ dead kennedys.  i believe east bay ray is the only remaining member of that "band" now.  if you want to get a taste of dk in 2010, go check out jello and the gitmo school of medicine.  they play a bunch of dk songs and do them justice, complete with jello stage dives.

according to their website, peligro and klaus are still in so really it's DK minus jello (which, i agree, is a key ingredient).  some new guy, Ron "Skip" Greer, is doing vocals.

perhaps they can do a show like inxs did . . . called "wouldn't a cover band just be easier?"
