No clue…saw that an thought it was an odd age?
at that point should kinda just be all ages
can't imagine that there are a lot of 13yr olds who know who JR is and would feel left out

I seem to recall that was the case other times he played the club too. Not that I had a 13 year old cool enough to be into Jonathan Richman, I just seem to remember it being the case…but don't know why it is.

Hey, good idea. I'll ask and report back tomorrow. I don't think I've ever actually played him around her, so there's like 0% chance she'd know. She's more into youtube personalities anyway. Actually, she does like the first Harry Potter movie. We picked the DVD up at a thrift store last weekend for a buck and watched it. Now the books are another story.

Since I'm sharing, she did ask me yesterday specifically in what ways did the Russians meddle with the election, and to be honest, I was hard pressed to come up with more than a vague answer.

That's probably the reason they had to specify 14+. Same reason they specify 14+ for They Might Be Giants, unless TMBG is specifically playing a kid's show.

Got tickets for THE REVOLUTION… not much on there really.  Fucked up.

I maintain I played this correctly and used all my vouchers immediately for lawn seats to country show and then flipped them on Craigslist for several hundred dollars.
