Barcelona, I know, but I'm not going to tell you. (I know, I know, you don't give a crap anyway…)
Just Announced
The Fire Theft is basically Sunny Day Real Estate reformed with a new sound, one of the members of Sunny Day Real Estate joined the Foo Fighters after SDRE broke up, but I believe he is no longer in the Foo Fighters and is in Fire Theft.
Nope, Nate Mendel is still in Foo Fighters. Their tour started when Foos ended. Chris Shifflet is also in another band - Jackson- and had an E.P. with them come out last year, along with an extensive tour as well.

Can't really take either Saves the Day or Fire Theft for more than about 10 minutes…grandaddy needs to find better touring buddies.

What band would I like to see opening for Grandaddy?Elbow opened for them out west last year - while I like SFA and thought they were good opening for Grandaddy I would have loved to have seen Elbow
living colour is at the 930 on 2/28, though i suspect i'm the only one on this forum that's excited about the show. they were great 2 years ago.
a little midweek madness at the velvet lounge…
1/22, Thursday, Washington Social Club, Peelander Zee, and The Blackouts
Peelander Zee is the zany Japanese Action Hero band from NYC. When I saw them I ended up on stage after carrying one them on my back. They usually end up letting audience members take over for them on stage for a song. So bring a pan to bang on….
