You can count on the Supersuckers for a long set these days too.

Refresh my memory: Can I get to this place via public transportation? I won't have a car for this trip but would love to see SS.
The Franconia-Springfield metro stop would put you within 3-4 miles of the place, but the busses that would take you the rest of the way stop running long before then. They do have a queue for taxi cabs at the Metro stop, but don't know how prevalent they are at that late of an hour.

And yes, I realize that my use of the words "queue" and "disco" on this thread put me dangerously close to dwelling in Eurofagland.

Wow. I didn't even pick up on your use of Queue. Shows you how Euro I am.

Thanks for the info. I'll see about getting out there after my dinner on Friday.

Actually, I was more surprised by the move to Springfield.

What is this Run For Cover thing all about?
Musicians get together and dress up as the band they're covering. Last year they had Pavement, Joy Division, PIL, X, and some other really good ones.
