Anyone want to buy me a ticket to the D-Plan show? I'll gladly pay all of the fees and get your drink(s). I'm leaving town around 1 pm on Friday and won't be near a computer, or even at my destination mostly likely, by 5.

To be fair, I don't think he can "get" your credit card number that way. From looking at my account, all I can find is my last 4 digits and the expiration date. Now, in theory, he could run up a bill on ticketmaster buying tickets to other events (all of which would be mailed to you, btw), but it's really not as awfully unsafe of an idea as you might think. He would have your address, though.

I was only joking, and besides, I generally make it a habit not to store my credit card info on these sites anyway. Hell, I don't even think I've registered with Ticketmaster anyway.

HAHA - no, but you may be able to change the shipping info etc, so that you can order all the tix you want to another address. Although, TM is pretty thorough about shipping only to billing address…

Tortoise and D-Plan tix both go on sale at the same time tomorrow. Sucks for anyone trying to see both. Or maybe I'm over-estimating how fast tortoise tickets will go?
