I knew about this show couple days ago when it went on sale…there was a password to get tickets and it sold out right away as soon as people figured out the password….

Not sure who The Pains of Being Pure at Heart are but the Depreciation Guild album that came out last year is all sorts of amazing!
It's like…old 8-bit video game music crossed with shoegaze.
Similar to old M83 but better, IMO.

Not sure what year it was but their last show at the club was amazing! what would be cool is if they brought along Andrew Weatherall's Two Lone Swordsmen project, or David Holmes as an openers. I also dig Flykkiler which has ties to David Holmes….
