Damn I will be out of the country.  Best live band in the world.
"Let?s consider the following ; Ted & The Pharmacists haven?t played State College in 7 years. The Grog Shop show will mark the 3rd anniversary of the last Pharmacists show in Cleveland ; it?s two years since the last Chicago gig. Columbus? TL/RX-less since July of 2010. Baltimore?s gone without since December of 2010. HUGE CREDIT TO TED & TEAM FOR ADDRESSING THESE SHAMEFUL ABSENCES."

"See you all stateside in July, big tour this one :-) - AA"

although i personally found his highly touted return album lacking… it sounds like early demos to me
You mean the "highly touted" album that scored a measly 65 on metacritic, with only eight reviews registered (two positive, six mixed)?

Sounds like the critics actually agreed with you!

Highly touted is not the same as highly praised.
This was aggressively marketed when it came out, with all sorts of articles saying things to the effect of "Woah, Adam Ant put out an album? Who knew?"
if Adam Ant is coming to the states this summer it must be an 80s package tour… he barely moved any tickets the last time and that was after a long long abscence… they were giving them away to his Richmond show at the National..
ahem.

Maybe he can open up for the Mission.
In other words, "highly touted"="highly promoted"

I wish it was as a 3 piece…but will still probably go.
Just John and Peter playing that show.
This may be a bit premature to announce this in here yet but I don't know where else to put it.

Killsaly and Az, you should perk up for this.

Gray Young are putting together a tour for this summer which should include Richmond, DC & Baltimore.

Wow, now there's one I might consider going to for nostalgia purposes. Probably saw them at least a half dozen times while in college in the 80's.
