ha! looks like someone copied this from ShowlistDC, complete with typo! Whoops! I'll remove the extra 'r' from Baltimore tonight :)

TM lists this date and a few others as just Neil Young - no mention of Crazy Horse (as with other dates).  Was the intern just asleep at the wheel, or is he doing some solo dates on the tour?

The press release that came out from LiveNation about the Patriot Center date lists Neil Young and Crazy Horse, Patti Smith and her band, and Everest.

of course! One of the best ways to find out about new shows in the area.

Speaking of typos…
"Moonface (featuring Spencer Krug of Wolf Eyes and Sunset Rubdown) and Siinai - Sonar (Baltimore) (Talking Head Club)"

Should be Wolf Parade and/or Frog Eyes, not Wolf Eyes.

Duh.  Thanks– I'll fix that one too.  Appreciate this!

$58-$255? Hell no. That's ridiculous.

Especially from someone who peaked 40 years ago.

Not interested in any Eyeball or Wolf bands but I'd love to go see Siinai. Very cool Post-Rock from Finland. Have been playing them on Air Atlantic Underground Radio for a good while now. If you see them, please let me know how they were. Unfortunately, I can't make it to the show.

Worth it?  I've never seen him and I've only seen Patti Smith at Protests.  Loved her book.

My fear is that we'll get the entire "Americana" record + an encore of 3 old-school NY tunes.    I wouldn't pay $250 to hear Crazy Horse play "This Land is Your Land" and "Clementine" unless you promise they're each going to morph into a 20-minute noise-fest.    I'm probably going to wait to see some reviews before I spring for this one.

Patti Smith is always terrific though.  It would be worth paying for the cheap seats just to see her, if nothing else.  I think her new record comes out today, too.
Aw Jag, are we ever going to hang out for a second time?

31 Aug Recher
Sponge plays Rotting Pinata in its entirety
(I did love this album growing up, but dont know if it is enough to drive that far to see it)

Saw his last tour, it was totally worth it.

Yup, it did.  I've got locally-penned reviews of both Patti Smith's album and Neil Young's in my daily local music news round-up, here.  Plus a lot of other local music news and a ton of live reviews.

I saw Neil Young at farm aid a few years back and he only did songs no one ever heard of.  Pretty awful.  The mass exodus during his set kind of let you know I wasn't the only one who didn't care for it.  I don't understand why artists that have been washed up for decades charge the most to see them.

Edit: Oops, you did write that right.
My bad.
