They have, exactly all good albums. And they ask folks to dress up for a show. A single show. If you can't dress up for a single show, stay the F home and listen to Lil Uzi Vert, or some such shit.

I have no problem with the dress up requirement. Lord knows no one else appreciates that as I do. But as much as I loved Funeral, everything before and after was horse dung.
Were it Vampire Weekend demanding we dress up, they'd have my full love.

What does Lil Uzi Vert have to do with Arcade Fire?

I think it is safe to say, that they are the complete antithesis of each other.

Funeral was a good song, but Cease to Begin was their one good album.

Not sure if serious or being funny.

Combination of both, though probably achieving neither.

When "Funeral" was mentioned, my instinctive thought was "Band of Horses". Then, after thinking of the context of the conversation, I inferred that "Funeral" must also be a title of an Arcade Fire album.

I had this exact same thought the other day, and it made me sad.

But seeing those bands at the Anthem will be an even more magical experience than the 9:30 club.

It does appear to be a much more friendly environment for aquatic mammals.
