Just Announced

It's ok to skip a show, really!

I went to the Beacon for a show about 17 years ago, and it was all seated.

That "Ruby" song by the Kaiser Chiefs that they play on the Globe sucks big time.

ok. allow for a clarification then?

minus bnyced there is a serious lack of attractive men in the baltimore/annapolis area.

No, I gotcha. I, unfortunately, lived in WV for a while and WVU fans were the most obnoxious excuses for people in the history of the world. Other then Ohio State, there is no team I like to see lose more in college football then WVU.

My "seriously?" was because I don't ever remember WVU and Marshall playing when I lived there. I thought WVU "ducked" them every year and refused to schedule home-and-aways with them.

Definitely not. I'm not even sure if two nights at RNR is equivalent to one at Black Cat…

How do you figure? Doesn't RNR Hotel hold like 500-600?

They have an open date for the 28th, but my guess is that it becomes a PA date and not a DC.

I heard it's about 300-400. I'm not sure what Black Cat's capacity is, but maybe it is about twice RNR's…
There will be no DC date. Tour dates posted on pfork. Have they ever played a DC date?!

Would still like to see them at the club. It would be a guaranteed sell-out at this point.

now now. marshall never exactly expects to win against wvu, but why should they? it's a completely different level of football… but to refer to us as a high school? thats a bit much… i'm sure byron or chad or troy brown or even that worthless randy moss might be offended a bit.

Sorry, I'm just one of those "obnoxious" alumni, former resident of W.Va., and season ticket holder of the hated BCS contenders…WVU Mountaineers!……p.s…..one of my best friend's nephew is an offensive lineman for the Herd…..so,I do go to at least one game or more a year….I just like bringing it constantly as September approaches…. :D

Because….

THEY ARE MARSHALL!!

The funerals end today!
i wouldn't have as much of a problem with wvu as a former resident of the state for 15 years… if the fans weren't so obnoxious and awful. some of my best friends went to wvu, but ugh, not for me.

my fam are season ticket holders for the herd and i'm an alum, so of course… i bleed green.
