Thanks – all of the comments about the poor sound give me pause but I'll still probably go nonetheless. I wonder why they chose DC9 over other venues?

I saw Aimee Mann, Michael Penn, and David Cross at the Birchmere years ago. it was a good show.

I was at that show. I've actually seen her a couple times at the Birchmere. That seems to be her DC-area venue these days.

Bless you. I've seen Rosebuds a lot, but they ROCKED at SxSW. Best I've ever seen them. Though May is starting to scare me show-wise, this would be a goodie…..

Only drawback is the weeknight show headliners go on SO LATE at RnR Hotel. gggrrr.
