Miller Lite Cannery Row Revival: Fountains of Wayne with The Features & The Shazam on the Mercy Lounge outdoor stage. Gates open at 6, $5.

The Shazam will play a longer set inside the club after Fountains of Wayne perform.

I'd love to see the Shazam, but I'm over FOW's live shows. I've seen a steady decline over time. Alas, I caught only a couple songs of the Shazam opening for Urge Overkill about a year and a half ago.

Philly date was 10/4, I think if anyone cares. I know the tour ended 10/7 (a Friday) in NYC.

Henry is back in the area…he bought a house in VA. Got that info from the horse's mouth last autumn. I'm sure we'll see a bit more sightings of him. He has notoriously hated LA anyway.
