Another great one! The TV on the Radio EP is very good. But here's the dilemma. It is the same night as the Stellastarr* / Killers show. Argh. Are we supposed to run up and downstairs?
looks like you got your answer skins33.

STELLASTAR*
Black Cat
Mon, 03/29/04
On Sale Fri, 01/30/04
Are Stellastarr* and Stellastar* the same band?
the funny thing is that I posted not knowing I'd be indirectly answering a question. Anyway, I'm heeding the warning to ignore trolls. And wanted to post this: Cancer 629 * Mustang * Bleek December * Shadows, The Recher Theatre , Towson, MD, Fri, Feb 6, 2004 08:00 PM
I have no idea who they are, but that's my birthday! (uh.. the first band, that is)

So you share a birthday with Gary Busey and Slim Pickens.

Wouldn't it be cooler to share a birthday with Markie and the Gipper?

Dude, you're the same day as Bob!!
Rhett, didn't you like Clem Snide? I have one for you.

Feb 18 - Clem Snide in La Boite - Barcelona

This is a show for you. I think you like the band and the city. Furthermore, as in the rest of Europe, it is rare to see someone smoking in Barcelona. Also, people tend to have diner at 6pm, go to rock shows at 7:30pm and be in bed at 10pm. This is your show!
Thanks Barcelona. They must have changed things around regarding the smoking and times since we were there in June.

I did like Clem Snide when we saw them at their in-store at Ollsons, as well as their show at Iota. Not sure I'd see them again though.

You are joking about the

And Axl Rose, Tom Brokaw, Rip Torn, Zsa Zsa Gabor, and Mary Leakey.

Markie's got the mac daddy b-day.
Aw, man, I thought those were for me. Guess I'm stuck with Busey then.
I have the same birthday as Randall "Tex" Cobb and Traci Lords.

My wife, Alanis Morissete and Marilyn Monroe.

Fascinating.
I've got Don Ho, Dan Fogleberg, Schneider, the Cowardly Lion, Alfred Hitchcock, and Fidel Castro.
You think she slapped the doctor on her way into the world?

Billy Bragg likes the Panthers:

Time Out New York Reading CD booklet

Yeah! What I want is bands that come with a manifesto. I'm fucking sick of bands who only have an image. They're clear about who they are, as well: Track three is called "A Panther is a Motherfucker." I mean, call me an old punk, but this sort of stuff- stuff that declares that this is year zero and everything needs to be redone-it's needed right now. And they're smart enough to add a quote from James Brown: "People, we've got to get over before we go under." I'm the wrong generation for this kind of music, and yet it strikes a chord with me more than anything else. Twenty-five years ago in my country, a band recorded a song called "God Save the Queen," and the entire country went into a convulsion of anger. I just wish every generation could feel how I felt as a 19 year old when that happened. And that wasn't the first time for something like that. When Elvis came along in the '50's, he kicked a hole in it too.

Written by Billy Bragg.
That's great coming from a moron who did a whole album of someone elses songs. TWAT!
