Issuing yellow cards is allowed in JA, it's not considered commentary but a ruling

however, mentioning Yellowcard in JA will result in immediate suspension.

… but that zuppi character was commenting on the issuing of the card and that seems to be a violation of the rules we hold dear
(as well as this comment, but I don't believe in god, so the pope is meaningless to me)
