I would totally go to this show if I was Wolftrap and not Merriweather. And agree about dumping the Elephant.

I don't like this band either but this seems bizarre. You do know you don't have to watch them, right? You will not get cancer from being in the same venue as Cage The Elephant.

If cage the elephant gets more people to listen to Beck and Spoon, that's a good thing. OR, it will be filled with a bunch of assholes who are only there for that band and act like dicks for the other acts.

What did Cage The Elephant do to all of your families?

I saw them once at The National and, again, while it wasn't my thing, it was hardly one of the most awful experiences of my life. I think you all will be fine if you overhear the dulcet tones of CTE from 9:32 and have to tolerate their (apparently horrific) fans?
