SweetLife festival returns to the Merriweather Post Pavilion May 14. Tickets go on sale tomorrow, February 24. Prices rance from $100 to $150.

honestly, they've never had a good solid lineup
but I'd see 1975, Grimes, DIIV, Wolf Alice and thundercat
Never been a fan, but from what the boardies say EODM are worth catching too

I heard a story about blondie and that she basically still needs to do shows for the money, and usually has a look on her face that says, im old and why am I here.  glad to see shamir, on the bill.

Didn't they have Phoenix, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Kendrick Lamar, Passion Pit, Solange Knowles, and the requisite bunch of EDM all in one year?

EDIT: Another year had Strokes, Lupe Fiasco, Girl Talk, Walk The Moon, Crystal Castles, Cold War Kids, Ra Ra Riot, et al from looking.

don't kid yourself they ALL do shows for the money…

Blondie was never a good live band… they haven't gotten any better I fear… but I enjoyed seeing them once and talking to Clem a little…For such a crummy live band they have a really good drummer.. he's even played for Dylan…I think Blondie was very much built on its image (Debbie Harry is the definition of RAVISHING BEAUTY on the Blondie pictures..absolutely spellbinding) and it just doesn't work for me anymore because she's really up there at 70.. most people don't realize that Debbie was in her 30s when Blondie formed!

A friend of mine and I were planning on attending this for months and already have our flights. Glad to see the lineup is pretty effing stellar. Would prefer LCD to RHCP but still.
