FWIW, Beck.com shows the show as 4/27 (a Friday) so this could be a classic Hurwitz bait and switch where he puts the cruddier night on sale first and only announces the second once the first is sold out. Buyer beware.
As far as I know the only thing that determines the better show is the performance itself..and the setlist

Merriweather was full when we saw him there in 2016. Though he was co-headlining with Chris Stapleton. Not sure how well his 2017 Merriweather show sold.

Side note, he also looks like he's getting fat again.
