Is it just me or is there next to no information available for this?  I see tix onsale May23 and that it's in Philly on Sept 1, 2– but who's performing? What's the venue?  I've found this, too: "Tickets go on sale on May 23 via Ticketmaster and Live Nation. A few 2-day passes will be available for $99 and Budweiser Facebook fans will have access to pre-sale tickets beginning Tuesday, May 22. Some ticket proceeds will go to charity, to United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey," but I guess they're holding off on the lineup? 
If it's sponsored by Budweiser, it's got to be good.

After all, Budweiser is the KING of beers.
