This.  But also the possibility that nobody in DC saw any profit in bringing him here.

it's really not just about profit, some things just don't belong here
although I was just reading an interview with him in the Village Voice and he actually seems pretty cool

I'm good for at least 3 tickets, just saying.
I'd jump at it for $30.  Not even considering $75.

plenty of people in dc give a hoot about ace… just not you hipsters who spend all day on the 930 board sucking seth's dong…

IMP should never fall into the trap of booking only shows it considers "cool"….

ah the old insults…. the last recourse of board vermin..

of course i'm not going to vouch for ticket sales at the wrong venue at the wrong price… i'm not paying $85 plus fees to see Ace while I have to sit down….in Annapolis…..sorry..

Of course I had to check and after 5 minutes it looks like about half of the tables have been sold already, well played Ace, well played.
Ace Frehley was a big influence on just about everybody…

Eddie Van Halen
Dimebag Darrell
Kim Thayil
Scott Ian
Slash
Mike McCready

but KISS is very polarizing.. personally I think it would have been a great 930 show…. and would have sold out… you'd be suprised…..

Bangles show at State Theatre October 10 cancelled..

you knew it was too good…..
They just played the Big Star LA show…

I have read both of those.  I was more interested in Dwarves and probably won't go to the show.
