Didn't her used to be a Forum regular?

He is known for co-creating and co-writing the Comedy Central series Chappelle's Show with Dave Chappelle.
are we talking about the same person?

Tasty…I’m there
I've enjoyed the new Gaz record so this seems like a good idea. I'd never even heard of the City Winery. Website is annoying though

Wow, you must live under a rock.
in his defense it's only been open a few months, it's located in the lamest area (kinda close to EchoStage) and the types of artist they get don't appeal to relaxer
but it has been brought up a few times here on this board

although I'm surprised you didn't say "even my wife and daughter know about the citywinery"
I feel like city winery has had a low key arrival

Sure, but there are City Wineries in NYC, Chicago, Atlanta, Nashville, Boston, and DC. The NYC location had been open for at least 10 years. Founded by the same guy who started the Knitting Factory.

And yes, my wife knows of City Winery. Her longtime friend dating back to her teen years was executive chef until recently.
If it had been the City Scotchery or the City Weedery, I probably would've heard of it.
