For a lot of people, the timing on this one is not so great… but for people who are staying in town over the holidays, it's not bad.
The Brazilian Girls did a show at the 9:30 Club on Thanksgiving night three years ago (I was the opening act), and turnout was pretty decent. I think a lot of people are anxious to escape from their families after a whole day of Together Time, and for those of us staying in town who don't have family in the area, it's nice to have something else to do.
Or basically, b/c you don't have to work the next day.

LOL! No, I'll be at my day job. I don't get the Friday after Thanksgiving off unless I take it off as vacation, and I'd rather use my vacation days for trips to London.

I used to love him. But my interest faded heavily, and quickly, at some point between Cripple Crow and Smokey.
