I'll bet half of the VW tix  and 3/4 of the Wilco tix were bought by scalpers.

Couldn't get in for Wilco at all.

I couldn't get any Wilco tickets either. :( After getting zilch in the pre-sale (several times, tickets were there, but they kept disappearing when I tried to put them in my shopping cart), I was away from my computer on Friday and couldn't get online until 15 minutes after they went on sale.

So if anyone has one spare ticket or finds out about the Strathmore releasing additional tickets, please PM me or something.
just saw that Charlotte Gainsbourg's show was canceled…anybody knows what happened?

I'm pretty sure "the Shins fiasco" is what everyone calls it.  And I'm pretty sure azaghal is right.
Is the "shins fiasco" the Spoon set at MPP that had a persistent buzz through out?  If so, that almost made my ears bleed.  Seeing them a bit later at Sonar was much better.

You can see _a lot_ of Gainsbourg in Antichrist (not that Id recommend seeing it). Shes naked in a huge chunk of the film, but Id highly recommend reading reviews to know what youre getting yourself into. (assuming its being shown in DC).

Didn't they cut a lot of the gore out in the American release?

<insert comment here about  how the US is the only country in the west where movies have to be routinely censored/defaced>
