Just Announced

Ticketfly suggests Florence + the Machine is the headliner on 4/6, not The Temper Trap.  God I hope this is true.

I also hope that's true, but ticketfly suggests the opposite w/ Temper Trap getting top billing (listing them first) and a picture of them as opposed to Florence.
Ugh, I swear, Ticketfly must've just changed their site–earlier, Florence was pictured AND shown as top billed on the list of upcoming 9:30 gigs, with The Kissaway Trail and The Temper Trap below her.  Now there's a T.T. picture and it suggests a Florence/T.T. co-billing.
it's like a tennis match soap opera in here.
It's a co-headlining gig per the booking agent.

Gogol Bordello April 29 & 30 Ram's Head Live

Also I think awhile back someone was ridiculing 9:30's decision to bring back Cage the Elephant… it's sold out now.

DeVotchka is the opener for the Gogol shows.
Proof positive that if you can get a good marketing person to try to sell poop as a breakfast food, people would eat it.
Also more proof that major record labels need to die ASAP. Sure, they're great at marketing but they're marketing poop 99.5% of the time.

They are the second to last party band?  Who's the last one then?

Probably Loveseed Momma Jump…. since those 2 bands are the most worn out Ocean City/Dewey Beach bands around the East Coast. Reason #1 why I stopped going out to any kind of music venues while on the coast.
Y'all hatin' in Jimmie's Chicken Shack and Gonzo's Nose?!?
Also, I'm assuming they used "penultimate" not knowing what it means… It just sounded good. "Hey, let's use one of them SAT words in the promo!"
