Where did you see May 13?  From the couple of articles I've seen announcing the tour it's June 5th but nothing on the Bethesda Blues and Jazz website yet.

May 12 Midge Ure had a show in England,  so 5 June is more likely, after the NJ show

tickets go on sale today, i think for most shows.  great place, to bring a picnic and wine or beer, and enjoy a show on the grass in the beautiful mountains!  Two 1/2 hours roughly, from DC.  Great to plan a outdoor weekend around it as well.
