i realize this is an NYC show, but it doesn't look he's coming to DC, i know there are fans on this bboard, and it's a saturday so some will probably trek up for this:

Ray LaMontagne

US $39.50 - US $60.00
Onsale to General Public: Wed, 06/25/08 10:00 AM EDT

presale was earlier today, pretty much tapped out at this point. new album out on sept. 30.
I'm indifferent re: that announcement but fuck the NYC show announcement haters.

are you serious? lisner is fairly small. iz where flight of the conchords was.

edit: its 1,490 seats according to the interwebz. iz not the black cat back stage, but is also not constitution hall.

and with the ability to score third row seats at this point in the game, it's not too shabby. flight is just two dudes and their guitars and they weren't drowned out by the size of the venue at all.
Any chance for a link to the presale??

(edit: Never mind! I figured it all out and got row C. Thanks for the heads up!!)

Ahh…don't think I've ever been there then. Was thinking of a different GW venue where I saw Dave Chapelle once.

Ray LaMontagne for $60??? That's even worse than $77 for Eddie Vedder I think. I like him enough, but only about $25 worth.
