Wow, both of those are good news. I'd love to see Ringo Deathstarr at the Red Palace and I've always wanted to see Pig Destroyer. Getting to Baltimore isn't easy but might have to push for it.

Napalm Death were aces at Deathfest this year.

Of course, if you just want to see Vektor, they're playing a 3 PM show at Ras Hall on 9/16 with Midnight Eye

Unless I blinked and missed it, no.  Those bands played back-to-back sets on the two outdoor stages on Friday night of the Fest.

The Furs released six albums in the 80's and two in the 90's. I'd say it's more of a cross generational thing. Whether you consider that thing to be a "joke" or a "pretty cool bill", I guess depends on your perspective.

Wasn't Juliana's and Evan's breakup super ugly?

I've seen neither of the two and id like to so its a pretty cool bill for me.

I meant the addition of Juliana to the bill considering who she dated in the past.  No hate for the Furs or Love Spit Love.

Can't believe I'm commenting about Evan and Juliana in this thread; I'm a hypocrite for going off the rail…If you read her blog from when they've toured, she gets pretty well fed up with him. Think she just about walked off. They're both a little nutty. She reads anxious and he seems depressed and both a little angry. Touring is tough, I know, and her comments are from when they toured as a co-bill/solo. This show appearing as full bands they might have mgmt. there to be a buffer and get them where they need to go. Sorry I have no other announcements to make…ten lashings for me.

if you were interested in evan and juliana the show to see was the one at Iota's ('s for you James!) which was about two years ago I think… due to something coming up I was real bummed to miss it.. really I only would like to see Evan Dando IF Juliana is with him…

I saw the Psychedelic Furs at the State Theatre earlier this year.. they put on a good show if you're into their music.

but I'm not going to go for this show..

Are Lemonheads co-headliners or are they playing a short opening set?
