Ditto this. I would’ve been surprised if they got 930ed. Even seated at the smallest floor layout, getting Anthemed seems NUTS.
It’s nuts …tickets go up to $149!!

It says Smithereens presented by Jonji? Is that some crypto currency or NFT company?

I don’t get the point of the Smithereens without Pat…
is 6/10 the new april fools…what is going on here

maybe it's an 80's 4 band line up?

I couldn't agree more
I get it the year after he died, they had a pretty reliable fan base
obviously they keep showing up
they've had like 30 shows in the last two years and have at least 10 more scheduled…so people are buying tix
not like they are playing house parties either, they are legit way bigger than Dc9/jammin java venues

I guess marshal crenshaw also has a fan base too??
Uh the artist is JOJI and it’s his “Smithereen’s Tour

As you were
Say what?!?
yeah…Kosmo confused me too.

Did they ever announce some new artists?
I did see Bad Brains: A Tribute by Black Dots…what is that all about, punk rock white ford bronco?

shame this is the fest DC got, I'm obviously not the target audience

Edit…this is what I found and not impressed or interested
Thursday, Pharrell’s fest revealed that Clipse will appear. Other newly announced artists include Justin Timberlake, SZA, N.O.R.E., Q-Tip, and more. Additional confirmed performers include J Balvin, 21 Savage, Anderson .Paak and the Free Nationals, Black Party, Bad Brains: A Tribute by Black Dots, TOB, and YungManny.
