This is pretty cool too…as I wasn't excited to pay $32 (before the fees)
"With every pair of Death From Above 1979 tickets purchased online, you?ll receive a standard digital copy of their new album, ?The Physical World,? on its release date of September 9, 2014. Ticket purchasers will receive instructions via email on how to redeem their digital album within 10-14 business days after their order. "

although, just re-read….what if you buy a single ticket…no music for you  :P

Yeah, that seems a bit chintzy. So if I split a pair of tix with a pal, we're supposed to "fight" over the download?

Or you could just send the .zip file to him on any free file sharing site… I'm getting a pair with my sister, but I'm a nerd and buying a bundle as well.

So you're suggesting that (1) they're announcing the opening band first, and (2) that Sleep will play at the Black Cat's Backstage, where this show is presently booked?  Seems unlikely.

Based on conversations I had with the band at Deathfest, the Sleep show is a one-off, and the Black Cat show is part of their own headlining tour.

Black Cat didn't have the show listed for awhile. The show at first was only listed on Windhand's fb page like this:
"Just confirmed!

We'll be playing
Aug. 27th Washington DC @ The Black Cat

Stay tuned for more announcements."
Wishful thinking got the best of me haha.

What a selfish pig you are for posting this in this thread. Killsaly might have to spend upwards of 0.7 seconds looking at your post before he realizes it is not a show listing and can ignore it.
