Just Announced

i don't think i want to see him acoustic, so i'm passing thus far. his show with hem last year was so wonderful, that my expecatations are probably too high to enjoy this show. that said, if i got nothing planned that night, i probably will toss all that aside and head to the birchmere.

I don't think I need to pay money to see Ritter play the same acoustic set he played for free at Olssen's last year.

That being said, my wife refuses to go to the Birchmere, so it's not an option anyway.

Lucky you, Rhett, but I missed the Olsson's show. I saw him with full band at South By. Looking forward to the acoustic show.

anywho, i was just wondering if anyone was disappointed and/or knows why Bloc Party isn't coming to DC or anywhere too close to here.

Kweller does have family in DC, so you never know. And he said he was going to announce more tour dates and those weren't all of them. So don't jinx it just yet.

It's really not that difficult to copy and paste and type the code in manually. It doesn't bother me much, but I can understand how some might be annoyed by the loss of the convenience.

this is partialy in response to a comment in JFDL's WaPo chat but the RnR hotel is pulling in some great acts over the next few months…..this has got to be affecting the Black Cat I would think, not so much 9.30

I'd like to know which shows are Clear Crap shows because if it's one I'm on the fence about and being put on by CC, forget it. I will not support them.

Also at RnR is Sunset Rubdown on 5/2, and Frog Eyes on 5/16.

Since Spencer Krug is touring with Sunset Rubdown, anyone know if he'll be there for the Frog Eyes show?
