Wondered about that.

I was trying to imagine where they could play at UMUC.
WMUC makes more sense.

The conference center has a nice little auditorium where they used to have chamber music concerts. CSPAC takes care of that now.

Oh hell yeah! I saw them at the CP radio station a few years ago, and it was pure gliss.

@ WMUC. UMUC is University of Maryland, University College. UMUC used to have a concert series but not anything like RD.
Sorry I meant WMUC, it was a typo.

$5 a day for all of those bands? Are the bands playing for free?
The ones I recognize are all local so probably.

i live about 4 blocks from where this is taking place so i bought a 4 day pass as well…can't argue with $15
Wait. There are actually bands that you don't recognize?
;)

I talked to javelin at a latter date and they said they weren't paid anything for playing whartscape.  They were from out of town and whartscape cost me 50 bucks so I would assume the same no pay thing is at work here as well.  Hopefully this isn't run as badly as the last whartscape though.

Go anyway. If you're into Cale then you'll probably find some Cage that you like.
I need to get to some of that. Did you make it to that Sonic Circuits Cage tribute at Millennium Stage? They did a great job.
DAVID BAZAN BAND plays Pedro The Lion's Control

I might hold out for the Hard to Find a Friend tour, Control is a little ridiculous.
Great Lake Swimmers added to Patrick Watson bill on 9/5.
