Hologram show?

No, this is not a rescheduling of the show cancelled due to health issues; I think its a rare opportunity to catch him for free.

500

Sold out already.

You can snag tickets at the door night of the show.

Are they holding back a specific number of tix? What's this based on?

I want to say they have 100-200 tickets left at the door, I've talked to the girl who books there, since 930- started doing shows there, there hadn
t been too many shows that sold out pre-sale beforehand so I still think they're working on the ;pre-sale numbers, but I've been able to get tickets if I get there when doors open. I'd shoot them an email or call them if you were real worried. I've never had a problem getting into pre-sale sold out shows.

This wasn't a pre-sale.  Not sure if that changes your point at all, however.
Ween broke up.
ween breaking up has been inevitable for a while.. anyways, gener has been carrying the band for forever…

sad nonetheless.. but in the past three or four years i've seen ween twice and "gene ween" twice.. and I jut got the impression gene didn't need deaner… i don't see what deaner really added other than some guitar solos that didn't seem that revolutionary to me.

throw in the fact they've recorded one album of new material in the past 9 years or so and I have to say this was inevitable

by the way aaron freeman's new album is a trip!
That last Ween record was a piece of shit, to boot.
As for Gene carrying the band, I am not too sure.
He has always been the guy with the substance abuse problems.
The Gene Ween show at the State Theatre was a great time and the last Black Cat one was decent but the Gene Ween Band show was horrendous.

this is not accurate.  the gaslight anthem show is sold out.  there is no magical pool of tickets being held for the door.

Gener carrying the band forever?? Uhhh… ok.

Deaner's only one of the best guitar players in rock. Gener will tire of playing coffee houses in the very near future, this is most likely one of his bullshit steps in a "get sober" program.

#WEENReunionTour2014

Why the hell do bands even break up these days?? Just don't play for a year, three years, five years, whatever… Just play when you want to other than having the inevitable "reunion shows."

Ok, I've seen multiple times them tweet out and post on their Facebook that they will have tickets available at the door. I guess it's for some shows only.
