IT WORKED!!!!!

Bizou311,

Due to the fact that you will be out of town on August 9, 2007, we have made a change in the schedule. We will now cancel our show at the Patriot Center and play a 21 date residency at the 930 Club in 2009.

Love,
Muse

Always an advocate of a road trip, make plans to be in San Diego the 22nd-23rd of September, you won't be disappointed.
Saw last week that the RNR Hotel Digital Underground show was cancelled as well.

Sounds puke-tastic. Whoever scheduled Cornelius at the same time as that noisy no-talent hack at coachella should be relieved of their duties next year.

really? why? scheduling talent (cornelius) vs. pure crap (tiesto) is a brilliant move… let the masses flock to the turd, more room to rawk out to the quality. while tiesto was stinking up the main stage, i was having a blast with the rapture in the dance tent :)
Tiesto drowned out both Cornelius and GBQ. You couldn't avoid that racket even if you stood up close for either set. Maybe I should've seen the Rapture.

No Ratt Poison For White Lion
Updated 10:24 PDT Wed, Jun 06 2007
White Lion is off the Poison / Ratt tour because a former member threatened to sue and the promoter didn't want to deal with it, according to White Lion's Mike Tramp.
Former White Lion guitarist Vito Bratta threatened to sue the band over rights to its name, Tramp said in a posting on MySpace, and Live Nation got cold feet.
"Even though Live Nation believed Vito's lawsuit to be frivolous and had confirmed that Mike Tramp has the legal right to perform as White Lion, they did not want to spend '1 dollar' on litigation," Tramp said.
"Faced with the cancellation of a tour that was to begin within weeks, our attorneys went the extra mile to work out a deal with Vito Bratta to drop his threatened lawsuit but even with the threat of litigation eliminated, Live Nation continued on their ill-informed course of dropping White Lion from the Poison tour."
Live Nation would not comment on the allegations, and calls to White Lion's representatives by were not immediately returned.
Maybe I'm already deaf but I didn't hear Tiesto's set during GBQ's set. Maybe because I was upfront?

I think the group pulled the plug on a few shows due to shitty ticket sales, hell Blowfly was the only real reason to go that night and now he'll be headlining the Ottobar instead…RAP DIRTY!
