that's just stupid. the club outgrew its original location and was about to be torn down, so they packed up shop - same owners, same booking agent(s?), same mission, and a number of the original staff - and set up shop at 815 V St. what, were they supposed to change names after having spent a dozen years building up their reputation? again, i don't get your point.

im not saying they should change the name its just I find it ironic. they left cus they were losing to black cat. now 930 is stronger than ever. but thats just where the name comes from. I do see how your argument makes 930 germane. Just my opinion. But im not going to say your wrong.
