i already looked into it…and it'd be a losing proposition. i'd need about 300 people to pay $20 to break even. i don't think 300 people would come to see konono no 1.

I am so at the New Cars/Blondie show at Wolftrap. I love Wolftrap (bring your own booze, a nice picnic basket, very old ushers you can sneak by to get up front, what's not to love?) and I've got to see Elliot Easton and Debbie Harry at least one more time. Yes, yes, I am old, save the remarks, I'm aware of that fact.

And, it's on 6/6/6….the day when all the metal fans in the world will be rejoicing elsewhere.

So, yea, okay, that's not to love. But I can drink with my own beer/liquor, which is a fine trade off.

FYI #2: I called the venue. The entire Wilco show at Cville is GA. The orchestra area will not be seated.
