Burning Spear is listed on the Artscape website as the last ever Baltimore performance.

I'm pretty sure I will be there Sunday; Expert Alterations and Scroll Downers both play one of the smaller stages that day.

yes that is why I find it interesting.. I thought he was retiring after an earlier appearance…I guess they are his final shows…

one of the last of the classic era.
saw his last show there years ago - so great.
once at the club when they presented him with an actual burning spear.
twice in pittsburgh - once with the original horns and opened for him with the monster female horn section.
a must-see show if it's his final.
those island/mango lps are crucial…
+ as are a few of those later heartbeat and slash releases.
