good lord…

I saw Men Without Hats a few years ago at the State Theatre… got the lead singer only real band member to sign my record ..of course….it was cool hearing him sing Safety Dance and the classics… too numerous to list here…but you know them.. Pop goes the world..etc..

but I wouldn't want to see it again in a big place..

it would be cool to hear Katrina sing but of course Kimberly Rew was the real talent in that band…

Paul Young would be cool.. its hard to believe but back in 1984 he was one of the biggest stars in England.. just listen to Do they know its Christmas if you don't believe me….he gets to sing the opening..

I hope they add a show on the 25th. They probably will not do so until after announcing the first one's guaranteed sell-out. If they do, I'll buy a ticket for that date and try to sell the other one. I'll hold on to the Bon Iver tickets for now.

Tickets on sale Friday 3/17 @ 10AM via Ticketmaster. They have a VIP pre-sale Wednesday 3/15 @ 10AM, but knowing Tool they'll charge you $500 for those just to get a sample of Maynard's wine and his book without even seeing the guy or a soundcheck.

$92.50 before fees. Sheesh.
