I wonder if anybody realizes that just because a sentence ends with a question mark, that does not necessarily make it a question.

I wonder if anybody realizes that if someone makes a declarative statement that they're wondering about a question, that someone with a reading ability above the third grade level might be able to parse that there is a question inside that declarative statement.
