Sinatra, 50, at the Sands performing in 1967 with his new bride 21 year old Mia Farrow in the audience
so do you think Frank is Ronan's dad….he kinda looks nothing like woody and a lot like frank

I do.

Talk about handsome men.

The crazy thing is when Sinatra and Farrow got married one of the big disconnects was she wanted children and he didn’t. Another big disconnect was he wanted/pretty much insisted she had to quit her career. The other of course is the huge age difference. She loved rock and roll and hippie culture and Frank detested it.

So in what world should the two of them have gotten married?

Oh Space…..still so naive in your mid 50s….still retaining that judgmental Puritan streak you were raised with… Wake up amigo cause the ride will soon be over… Judge yourself before others.

The only world a man who is 50 can marry a woman who is 21 is a world where the law says so…. But should? That’s not how it works….”should” is not what’s on people’s mind when they fall in love…..but human beings fall in love, take a chance (knowing it’s doomed) and fail all the time….This happens every day. Isn’t it what makes us human?

Frank saw a chance for youth and love and took it knowing it would surely fail but hoping for a few years of happiness….

Why wouldn't they just fuck? Why get married?

My wife gives Jason Momoa and Lenny Kravitz as examples of men who are neither toxicly masculine nor wimpy. When do they make the list? She said Paul Rudd is the male Jennifer Aniston.

In what world in 1967 do you think it would have met with approval for Frank and Mia to just as you say “fuck”?! You are some romantic Space.

The reality is them dating -and they had for a couple of years- had been a scandal and they were permanently being trailed by the equivalent of today’s  paparazzi. The idea was to legitimize the relationship etc. Frank through the could get a few happy years and Mia….was 21….tough to say what exactly she was thinking although it seems she was in love.

I suppose they were people of a different era. Probably helps explain why my born again Christian uncle has been married four times.

Uncle Glenn or the one that doesn't want to get a vax and risk getting fired from his job at 76?

Who is Uncle Glenn?
My recently deceased Trumper Uncle.

To answer your question, my 74 year old anti-vaxx uncle is also my four times married uncle (thrice divorced, once widowed.)

You sent me down the Yoakam rabbit hole. Apparently Dwight's brother died from "non-COVID related illness" in December.

Is it normal for obituaries to list cause of death as "non-COVID related?"
