Good thing I know Spanish so I can interpret the email. Seriously, though, what mailing list is functioning for this, them, hfs…?

It's the old hfs.comrade email thing. It apparently outlived the station.

www.live1057.com I guess they got added between them sending the email and the on-radio announcement?

Thought so…I think I'm still on that. I've only seen one email since they left 99.1…

shut the hell up. see how the lineup got a little better once we stopped having to appease the NOVA losers.

(note, i said a LITTLE better)

Even though it has Good Charlotte (and Coldplay if you're of the ilk that dislikes them), you don't think this is a big step up over POD, New Found Glory, Papa Roach, Cypress Hill, Offspring, and JayZ like last year?

You're entitled to your own opinion, and I'm not going to argue. I'd rather see Garbage and Bravery over any of the 2004 acts I listed, but that's probably just me. Cheers for improvement, no matter to waht degree.
no it's a great lineup… much much netter then recent sludge. the problem is coldplay means having to buy tickets when they go on sale rather than later….

no, i would too :) papa roach…ewwwww
Aren't Coldplay a little bigger than radio festivals? Why are they still doing that circuit?
They must be on their way out.
They must not have heard of the change over at hfs. Anyhow, saw them years ago at the stival. Watch out - contact buzzes + coldplay = quick paranoia / depression after shifting music gears.
despite how good this lineup really is, i'm really dissapointed that hfs had to throw in good charlotte to sour up the lineup.
nay thats so the soccer moms can rockout with their offspring :D

i sincerely doubt this show will sell out. not only is coldplay not really that popular…..M&T Bank Stadium holds like 20,000 more people than RFK. and without a radio station actually broadcasting for this….i think it'll be a safe bet you wont have to camp out!
i was not interested at first, then nw i see there's like 4 bands i want to see. however #1: i don't like festivals. #2 i'll be in toronto when this happens.

by the way, echo & the bunnymen are playing TLA in philly on 5/12 for those interested.
