when I saw Little Steven's Underground Garage at the Black Cat many years ago I don't recall Little Steven being there.. I would seriously doubt he would be there at the 930.. most of the Little Steven's Underground Garage tour dates coincide with Springsteen touring Europe although the week of the 930 show they are off so its theoretically possible but I would guess if he was to attend any show it would be the opening night of the tour on 5-5 in Philly which I guess is much closer to where he lives?

I actually met him back in 2003, he was doing his "Underground" show even then…. a friend won tix and a "meet and greet" off the radio before Springsteens show at Fed Ex, and there were all these groups from a bunch of radio stations that (I guess) played his radio show….. what I remember most was some guy coming out before Little Steven came out and loudly announced "when the artist comes out, DO NOT GO TO HIM, let him come to you!!!… I repeat, DO NOT GO TO HIM, let him come to you!!!!"…..  :)
