I don't now who any of those people are but I would have to say that the Soft House is my favorite of the DIY venues in the area.

One could go to this and then November 7th see Majeure opening for Maserati at the Black Cat haha. Still, I wish Zombi would just get back together. Their last album was fantastic.

MOSS ICON is the secret headliner for that Grass Widow/Purling Hiss show.

Purling Hiss is one of my favorite bands from the last couple years. Thoroughly between Dinosaur Jr fuzz pop and full blown burner psych ala Mainliner/High Rise/Comets on Fire, with some twang hooked in there too. Guitarist is in Birds of Maya, drummer used to be in underrated DC punk band Trial By Fire.

Came here to post that. I bet it is a matter of time before the whole thing is scrapped.
Someone should step up and host Sic Alps in their house if they are already in the area.
I would go if I were to find a way.
Been looking forward to that show for months.
