I think Jesse's Portland food truck business went under, so he's probably available. But isn't Marty still in prison for beating up his model girlfriend?

Also, I'd be much more into it if Marty wasn't in the band, regardless of his imprisonment status. That guy had the most annoying stage presence of any band member in any band, ever.
