When I first saw your post I thought maybe they were doing the European thing of reversing the month and day but then I checked their site and no…they're actually selling tickets now for a tour in September '13 HAHA
You always get good birthday shows. I have never had one.

I guess it gives them plenty of time to cancel tour if no one buys tickets

true but baltimore and richmond are a lot closer! than PITTSBURG
True, but not close enough for me (and I'm guessing most DC fans who are in the old and older categories)

I would jump at the chance to DJ their show, based on what they post on their Twitter feed, but suspect they have their own preshow music…

I interviewed someone once and they had University of Pittsburg on their resume.  I thought if you went to college for four years you could at least spell the name right on your resume.  I told him about the mispelling after the interview and he seemed to take offense.  I was just trying to help.
well I don't know.. seems extra sticklerish to me.. from wiki:

Pittsburgh is one of the few American cities to be spelled with an h at the end of a burg suffix.[35] While named "Pittsburg" from 1890 to 1911 following a declaration by the United States Board on Geographic Names, the "Pittsburgh" spelling was officially restored after a public campaign by the citizens of the city
