willie nelson played out in the woods near where i live . . . at a high school . . . and charged $100 . . . and sold out the show in less than one day.  i would say willie at such a club price for what could be his last tour for a while, if not forever, is ok.

I wish I didn't have to..it will be 80$ all in but its willie nelson who wrote crazy about 50 years ago at least for patsy cline.


also, keep in mind willie draws a FUN crowd and a good time.

all indications are the acts at fillmore are going to blow..

having said that they are announcing their opening night act july 22nd.. so we'll know soon enough..if they can't get anyone decent for that then I don't know what..

jens's 6th and i show will be in that holy time between rosh hashanah and yom kippur so it's gonna be extra special

i'm ambivalent about jens… his last show at the BC was pretty average.  but i went there based on reviews of his previous show, which was apparently transcendent.  do i spin the dice once more?

it would be my first 6th & I show too.
