Jaxx is also thinking of booking Masters of Reality! They want internet peoples to speak up on this. Make fun of Jaxx all you want but I really wanna see Chris Goss and his crew tear it up live.

Thanks for the heads up on this one, can't believe it's been well over a decade since they canceled their show@Fletchers.
I know! Seriously, I hope the Masters don't screw us here on the east coast again! Everyone should bombard Jaxx with e-mails requesting the Masters of Reality! Lets get this thing snowballing!
Post about the west coast MoR shows on the Rekords Rekords forum:

"John Leamy and I are very pleased to begin touring next month with the one and only DAVID CATCHING on guitar, the Berliner ivorymeister MATHIAS SCHNEEBERGER on keys, and the abso-supernatural ABBY TRAVIS on bass. Now go buy your f*cking tickets, because THIS is the heavy shit." - Chris Goss
Marnie Stern (originally scheduled for red and the black) and Gentleman Jesse (originally at DC9) have been lumped together on 10/26 at RnR Hotel.
"Just so you guys know, we are going to perform The Soft Bulletin on New Years Eve in OKC! Tickets will go on sale very soon"

that is such a weird lineup…

wow, Lissie show is canceled as well…what's next, Numan? :)  10/20 is a curse date.
Hahahahahahaha this is too bizarre.
10/20/10 = 10 + 10 = 20 = 20 + 20 = 40 = 10 + 20 + 10 = 40.

thats why.
Any word on the Gary Numan show @ Black Cat WED night?

sorry

Hello Everyone,

ATLANTA LATEST

We have looked at all the various options for trying to reschedule the Atlanta show but none of them work out and so, sadly, we will not be able to play Atlanta on this tour. We are all extremely disappointed, especially as I know a lot of people travelled very long distances to see the show. We will make an announcement regarding refunds as soon as possible.

As of this morning my voice is still not working at all and so my worries now begin to swing slowly towards Washington DC and our forthcoming show there. I have a collection of medicines given to me by the doctors in Atlanta so we are now just waiting to see how quickly they work. I was told not to use my voice for another 72 hours minimum, but that clearly isn't possible with the tour schedule, so I have to get it working as soon as I can and then be careful with it for a while.

Again, really sorry about all this.

Bye for now,

Gary N.

Yeah…  I saw that.  Rasputina haven't announced anything either..
So, at best, the show will go on and he will sound like shit.

Bummer.

I'll have to pass.

I love the Soft Bulliten, but if the Lips take the same approach to playing it now as they did when they toured in support of it (way too many pre-recorded tracks, etc.), this news not very exciting.
Ahh December….the month of 930 shows that I (mostly) don't care to see:
12/4 Enter the Haggis/Scythian
12/8 Better than Ezra
12/11 George Clinton and P-Funk All-stars

We do have Gwar and (everyone's most looked forward to show of the year) Clutch, however.
got a date for clutch?  or is this based on them playing the club in december every year, sorta like thievery?
Just based on past years.

By now, I think it's more reliable than sunrise/sunset.

And I know I posted this one earlier but Gwar are here  on 12/29.

This would be nice.
12/29 Gwar
12/30 Clutch
12/31 Aphex Twin/Squarepusher
that would be a little more than "nice".

<mind blown>
