Very timely announcement for me as was just listening to yesterday!

I could be wrong but assuming it sells well this type of show will benefit from being at Anthem vs 930

Not everything is better smaller

The electronic/DJ shows at the Anthem are the best… state of the art sound and vision…just wish the venue booked more of these but the promoters at Echostage seem to have the advantage booking wise

I remember I had a ticket to Kraftwerk but went to the Dean Wareham show at U St Hall instead

As I walked off from 930 after unloading ticket at loss I saw Seth out there happy as a clam

I then walked to U St

I think this whole episode is proof of how bad a shape I was in after three weeks in hospital…clearly still not operating well but then again I had nearly died

I kept thinking to myself “Dean would’l be at Kraftwerk Dean would be at Kraftwerk”

I agree with you on all this. I also think the Kraftwerk circa 2022 crowd is a seated preference one so this tracks. I was actually telling a buddy about the shows at 9:30 maybe a week ago in response to him saying Kraftwerk is a high on his bucket list and he got so excited when I texted him the link to these.

Well there are two or three possibilities


1. IMP passed on having them at Lincoln

2. They booked the entire tour with Live Nation (Warner is LN)

3. IMP made an offer but LN was higher


But if we think about it Malkmus last 2-3  times through DC did not go with IMP
